This support offered by HCC relates to either client's who have never been subject to a RISQS audit (formerly Link-Up) before or existing RISQS approved client's who require ongoing annual support to maintain their registration.
HCC's Rail Consulting division comprises a team of highly qualified consultants with experience of both consultancy and assessor / auditing skills across a wide range of Rail services. These include:

Although quite small in terms of employee numbers, HCC are by far the largest supplier of Rail Consulting Services in the UK by servicing in excess of 150 clients throughout the UK and Ireland. This support is offered for the following RISQS Scheme Protocols:

HCC provide a quarterly bulletin issued by email to all "RISQS" supported clients to keep them informed of applicable changes to Network Rail's disciplines through Group and Company standards and any other pertinent information regarding site safety / briefings etc. This information is supplemented further by secure password access (issued to active HCC clients) to the HCC "information database" on our website. This will allow more detailed scrutiny of summary information given in the HCC publications plus other relevant Rail Sector information.
